About Us

Meet Dr Melody

I was born and raised on the South Coast of New South Wales, one of four siblings who remain my closest friends and greatest lifelong support. Growing up by the ocean in a big, active family shaped my love of movement, resilience and connection from an early age.

From a young age I trained horses competitively — a passion that developed my discipline, determination, and deep respect for the body in motion. Years of riding, snowboarding, surfing and pushing my physical limits also meant injuries. It was osteopathic treatment that quite literally changed my life. Experiencing firsthand how osteopathy could restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect the body as a whole inspired me to pursue it as my life’s work.
